Dawn helped the reviewer buy this property

Amazing to work with!

Dawn is such a wonderful agent! We had been in talks with her for about a year as we were planning a move from Phoenix to the Vancouver area in the summer of 2026. Even though we weren’t relocating immediately, she still took the time to keep in touch and send us listings of what was available. Through our feedback, she was able to know exactly what we were looking for. When we received an offer on our house in August, we flew up at the beginning of September and she had set up showings of houses that fit our needs and were exactly our taste. She was able to find us such a beautiful home! Dawn is an amazing agent who is always available when needed and will fight for you if necessary. She made the whole process seamless and helped to make a stressful time so much easier! I would recommend Dawn to anyone looking to buy or sell!!
