a truly professional experience

working with Dawn Balzano is a plesure, we meet approximatly two years ago before the pandemic at a time when i was looking for a two beds and two baths waterfront condo on A1A i explained to her what my budget and my needs were and she went to work for me, after showing me about half dozen property i finaly fell in love with a waterfront condo at the Tuscany in S.Palm Beach with a beautiful view of the Ocean and Intercoastal , this was defenetly a great investment , in the past recent moths i came back from NY to invest in to rental property, once again i met with Dawn i explained her what my intentions were she went out and scout the right property to fit my budget and again i was able to close recently two rental property in Boynton Beach and West Palm Beach Dawn is a very deticated agent she is very knowlgeable, very informed about different issues regarding investement property and she is also very generous with her time alway a phone call away she helped me to navigate the entire process she is simply a very deticated agent i will continuo to work with her and raccoment to all all my frinds and famely .Vincent Battiloro from Brooklyn New York
