Friendly and knowledgeable

Dawn rose to our expectations and was able to accommodate all of our requests as they changed along the way. She is understanding of the different concerns that her clients need and is not afraid to let you know if something concerns her with a home that may be a hazard or damaged. She seemed to be always available for questions and communicated her availability so that we could work with both of our schedules more efficiently. She knows how to navigate the forms that are required and will help you format what your desires are in the appropriate words needed for the requests. When we needed time to search for the perfect home she was extremely patient and encouraged us to take our time. And on the same note, when we needed to move quickly she was able to rise to our expectations. Dawn is very professional and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Dawn for all your help.
