Dawn was so fun to work with! She gave us her suggestions when listing, staging, selling, etc. She even helped stage with some of her own decor which helped it to look so cozy and inviting. As first time sellers, we had so many questions. Dawn had answers for us with confidence, which made us feel at ease. If there was something she wasn't sure about, she was very quick to find out and get back to us. We were able to communicate with her at any time, weekends, after 5pm. It was very convenient. You can tell she loves what she does, she has so much excitement about everything. We can't say enough about how amazing our experience was!! We are recommending her to friends and family in the area, she is one of the best!!
