Working with Dawn was a great experience. She was always up front with us and let us know exactly what needed to be done to get our house sold. She worked diligently from the start to the day our house was sold. She was always prompt on letting us know what the feedback was from the buyers and what we as sellers could do to further our chances on getting our house sold. Our family was very pleased with our service and would recommend her to anyone. Thanks again!

Dawn is a true professional and we appreciated her honesty about the sale of our home! She researched the homes in the area and gave us options on the selling price! We listed it on a Monday and had offers by Wednesday! She was with us every step of the way! We would highly recommend her!

Dawn was absolutely amazing to work with!! She was open and honest about everything! She listened to what my needs were and found us the perfect house! Her positive energy is contagious, and communication skills were great! I couldnt have been more pleased with the process!
