From pass ancestors, other a associates in the City, to Mortgage company and so many other things found to be either wrong in the land or written wrong. The property was upside down financially. Property wasn't the value of the loan amount due. Making things more complicating to sell. But, Bosshardt Realtor, Davonda Brown and staff continued to sell and were very patient when I was ready to give up.
