I would not hesitate to recommend Davis. My daughter and her fiance recently purchased a townhouse and we met him at the open house. We had a bad experience previously with a realtor so we were a bit leery of real estate agents overall. He was very personable and just plain likable. We felt at ease immediately and decided we wanted to use him as our agent. Throughout the entire process he was an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable. Trust is so important in a relationship and he earned our trust pretty quickly. He made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. He always did exactly what he said he would do and that is rare. Phone calls and texts were returned promptly. He always made us feel like we were his most important clients. He got us an excellent deal on the property and he threw in some goodies for us at the close of escrow. Davis Bartels is an honest, reliable, and endearing man.
