Davis is a professional in every sense of the word. We have been on both sides of the transaction with purchasing and selling using Davis as our realtor. He sold 2 homes for me this year with fantastic results. The first was $70,000 over asking and the last was for full asking. He is responsive and has expert social skills. I cannot recommend him more highly. I wish I had more homes to sell! My entire family will use his as we all transition out of the state.
