David helped me sell my condo, and exceeded my expectations. He's a terrific communicator, highly experienced, and a cool guy overall. We met him at another open house and knew almost immediately we were going to recruit him to help us sell. He's a SF native and knows the City in and out. He explains process, next steps, and action items in an easy to follow fashion, but can also get into detailed strategic conversations.. so a good agent for both new and experienced sellers. David was open to my ideas, has a good network of contractors/supporters, and he has very wide reach.
