We don't want to make this long and drawn out (because there are so many positive points), we'll give you what we feel was most important. David and Stephanie showed up for the initial meeting fully prepared. After a walk through, he showed us comps then put them away. He described our home in a way the first agent did even see, and gave us the listing price from his perspective. It was $180k more than the first quote. We asked, besides price, why we should contract with him and he gave us all the reasons. He is seasoned, professional and on his game. We couldn't have chosen a better team. Personally. I struggled immensely with selling the home we built ourselves. They supported me every step of the way, not sure they will know how much it meant. They kept their word on absolutely everything. You can't find that anywhere.

We finally found and bought our small ranch. So we needed to sell our home fast. David sold it in 4 days! We were relieved and excited. No problems! Thank you!

It has been a long process for sure. Any house that came up on the market that we were interested in David made sure we were always able to view it in a timely fashion.
