Even after the COE David was available , supplying names of contractors, plumbers, etc. The acumen and knowledge is a given with David, and the personality, dry wit and sense of humor made it easy to pursue a couple other offerings as I was involved in three 1031 exchanges. Sadly, one deal did not come to pass due to a change of heart by the Seller. Great guy to have in your stable.
