We were moving from Washington to California and were a bit overwhelmed with where to start since we were both selling for the first time and trying to move at the same time. Not only did they help us find and close on our dream home in Cali, they also helped us find a great realtor in WA to help us sell our home. Because they helped us both as a realtor and with our loan, they worked it out so we were able to close on our new home just one day after closing the sale of our old home.
