David did such an amazing job helping me with the purchase of my condo. His expertise in the process was not only comforting but I'd say instrumental in dealing with the seller agent. As a first-time buyer, I was nervous but David was there guiding me every step of the way. During the final walkthrough even the seller agent was gushing about how great David was. When I mentioned that to the people at the escrow company they were quick to agree: "Oh yeah, David has been absolutely fantastic throughout and has helped make this go so smoothly." Trust me when I say you won't find someone better than David. And because he's also a mortgage broker he really made the whole process seamless, and I'll no doubt be going to him for any and all future endeavors with this or any other property.
