David helped us buy a lot in the Uwharrie Point community in 2011 and quickly became a good friend. His knowledge of the area, access to any pertinent information, and communication were what we needed and obtained through his representation. After fifteen years of ownership, unfortunate circumstances necessitated our sale of the lot and there was only one person to call. David recently listed the lot and after some market changes with no serious buyers, he presented us with a solid offer that was quickly negotiated and sold.
