Our experience with David was absolutely top-notch. From the initial engagement, David took the time to listen to our property search desires and developed a short list of properties that perfectly met these parameters. Being that we lived hundreds of miles away, he was very respectful of the limited time we would have while visiting to view properties, and was extremely useful in helping with our questions on the local area including specifics of dealing with Duke Power as a prospective lake-front property owner.
