Most importantly he knows how to use it. We where hit with with everything from buyer pull outs to multiple offers and negotiations on final offer. He knocked it out of the park by utilizing his research to not only set proper expectations but negotiate throughout the entire process. We would get bi weekly reports with constant updates. Counter offers where met with comparable sales and market data. Not some"Trust me, if we say..."
