Im not sure I could have purchased a home if it weren’t for all of David’s help!! There is a lot to grasp in the decision making and all the things that go along with purchasing a home. (. Of sure they get paid enough for z that they do )

David Wilson (sometimes known as Cactus Dave) because he works for Cactus Realty in Sun Lakes. I have had occasion to move several times in the past few years and I have found him to be the best real estate agent ever. Most realtors, once they receive their commission , they are long gone. But not David. He is very professional and not pushy with a hard sell into something you do not really want.. He is more than willing to negotiate a reasonable and fair buying price. Even after the sale is complete he is only one phone call away to give you his time and attention to any needs you may need i.e. changing light globes in a very high kitchen ceiling or temporarily hooking up your T. V. until cable company is available in 2 days. I could go on and on about how great and professional David is. I highly recommend him. If you avail yourself of him I am more than confident you will be telling your friends and family. THIS IS ....Your go to guy. I highly recommend him.

Our first home sale in Arizona went as well as can be expected. David handled all communication with the buyer/ buyers agent professionally. We would recommend him to anyone looking to list their house in the Sun Lakes area.

Because the sale took a year, there was a lot of learning about the Phoenix real estate market. David made sure he kept informed about the comments people made about our home. These comments and David’s expertise allowed us to price the home at a more realistic price for the current market conditions. David also has a very good network of people who can evaluate concerns about the home. As we had 3 home inspections during the selling period, those people became invaluable. David was always upbeat and honest during selling year. He was always on top of things and never backed away from giving us an honest appraisal about buyers concerns. A very personable person, who took time to talk us about things other than the sale of the home. This was the third time selling a home and the toughest. Thank you David!

David has performed an excellent job listing, promoting and selling my Sun Lakes property. He moved quickly to get professional photo's taken and the MLS listing placed. David held an open house which generated immediate interest and ultimately sold the house within about 2 weeks after listing.
