I would like to express my sincere appreciation to David Wilson for the sale of my uncle’s home in Pinehurst, NC. David is, by far, the best realtor we have ever had the pleasure of working with for the past 30 years or more. He was literally our eyes and ears in NC for the sale of my uncle’s home upon his passing. All parties associated with the sale of the home lived outside of North Carolina requiring David to do more in terms of preparing the house to be listed, vetting potential buyers, and bringing the sale to closure. He was invaluable to us in this capacity. Clearly, David’s strongest assets were his wisdom in understanding the real estate market, his knowledge related to how to prepare the home to be listed, and most of all his dedication to his client, whether buyer or seller. His expertise, calm composure, and endearing personality made it a pleasure to work with David. Anyone who is fortunate enough to have David involved, whether it be with the sale or purchase of a home, has hit the jackpot!
