Buying a new home is never easy- but David's support and guidance made the experience as enjoyable as possible! David is very knowledgeable about the current market in our area, and had good insight for us about different locations and neighborhoods. When looking at homes, he asked questions and pointed out aspects of properties that both helped us see potential and ensured we didn't settle, always keeping even the small details of what we wanted in mind. When crafting offers, he had many suggestions and ideas to make ours stand out and be competitive, and took the time to explain each one and answer our questions thoughtfully. He was always available for calls or meetings, and completed paperwork and other tasks in a very timely manner (and made sure we did so as well!) David is thoughtful, experienced, and it is an absolute pleasure to work with him. Though we hope to be in our new home for a very long time, we know we'll seek his expertise again should we move again in the future.
