Over the years I have had many real estate transactions all over the USA. David is by far the BEST Agent I ever worked with. David, is well spoken, energetic, fantastic listener, knowledgeable about Real Estate and the local market , he provided great communication through the entire process. David also has an array of business contacts that he used to market, and sell my property. He is not a passive agent, he is aggressive and active. During my listing period (less than 2 weeks) David had double digit showings. We were under contract within 2 weeks - (and we had multiple offers). When there was a showing he was present even when he did not represent the buyer. He also solicited feedback from each prospective buyer and had a follow on / next step game plan. David's service did not wane after we went under contract. He ensured that everything was in order, and even meeting an aggressive close date. There were even times when I felt he went above and beyond the call of duty in his role. He is a SuperMan in the Real Estate game, and I sincerely hope that I will have the pleasure to work with him again in the future. I trusted him to sell my home and he did a fantastic job. He is a Rock Star --- I highly recommend him !!!!
