We purchased a new construction home from the dirt up. David handled our process spectacularly. He is knowledgeable and his expertise on the process helped us out with each step way along with what we should watch out for. Anytime I had an issue with the builder he was always there to answer my calls or respond to my emails. I recommend him to anyone who is buying a home, he is great!
