David is very patient and a very good listener. There were times I got very frustrated because my house had not sold. But David reassured me that everything would be alright. That is a good example of great customer service! Therefore, I highly recommend David to anyone who wants a good realtor!

I've actually purchased 3 homes through David. Two that I now rent out and the 3rd one I live in. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of home buying, what to look for and most importantly he's someone I trust! He always follows up requests promptly no matter how big or small and conducts exhaustive research on perspective homes that interest me. This was the house sale from hell in a sense. There was problem after problem on the sellers side, but David was an expert negotiator and new exactly what to have checked/inspected. If it wasn’t for him we’d have moved in and been hot with a 1000-1500 septic tank drain and repair. (We haven’t Owen on septic before) not only that, but at one point the deal was off due to low VA appraisal but again with his excellent knowledge of the area and negotiation skills he worked a deal to make the sale and close! Hands down best relator we’ve EVER worked with!!
