Kept me informed and updated. It’s hard when you are 82 miles away from the property and cant be there every time something becomes an issue. He rose to the cause. One glitch….digging up septic lid was done by Albright Home Care, but they never came back to fill the hole after inspection. If I had known, I would have called my grass cutter to take care of it. I had renters, and if they had fallen into it, I may have had a law suit. I came up a few days later and did it myself with help. I’m 76 and my hubby is 82…. That was my only big issue.
