We enjoyed working with David to find our new home. We moved to Colorado from Washington State due to a job transfer. While we were wrapping things up in Washington, David was touring homes for us and sending us video walk-throughs (because we couldn’t tour the homes in person). He was honest and candid in his videos which we appreciated. If the house was on a busy street, he showed us that. If the house was next to messy neighbors who didn’t keep up their property, he showed us that. If he felt like the place was worn down and not cared for, he showed us that. I think what we appreciated most about David was his ethical mindset about making sure we understood the process of buying a new home. This was our second home purchase but it was still a learning experience for us. David made sure we were confident and comfortable in our search. To be frank, I’m not an easy person to deal with because my expectations are high and I do not settle for sub-par standards. David had a lot to measure up to and he delivered great results as our realtor. We found our dream home and made an offer solely based on David’s honest input and video walk through. By the time we got to actually see the house in person, we were already under contract. Upon meeting him, you will quickly realize his immense real estate knowledge and driven personality.
