I followed David's advice and ended up selling my late mother's house for far more than we had thought possible. He has extensive knowledge of the market in the South Bay, especially North Torrance. When the house needed work to be done to prepare it for the sale, he recommended quality plumbers, painters, termite guys, and photographers. All of whom David stayed on top of to make sure the work was done quickly and correctly and at a very good price. Additionally, when it came time to buy a new place he was able to wheel and deal and negotiate to get me into the place i really wanted. David is so friendly and engaging it feels like you're working with a family friend. I won't hesitate to contact David again for my real estate needs, or to recommend him to friends and family.
