We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide us through both selling our first home and buying a new one. Dave was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us identify potential issues in homes we never would have noticed on our own, and helped us highlight things in our current home to upgrade or freshen up for selling. Both of these things gave us so much confidence throughout the process. What stood out even more was how gracious and patient he was with our family. We often brought our kids along to showings—usually during the evening “witching hour”—and he was always kind, understanding, and never made us feel like we were a burden. Dave communicated clearly every step of the way, was always honest, and conducted himself with the upmost integrity. We truly felt like he had our best interests at heart, not just getting us to the closing table.
