We had to sale our house quickly. David advised us what to do to our house to get that done. We listed our house eight days from the day we contacted him and we got an offer ten days later. He also went out of his way to advise us on the purchase of our new home, even to the point of getting the closings on the same day to save us time and headache. And through it all he stayed in constant contact with us about every aspect of the sale. Thank you David!
