David has been our realtor agent for 3 years now and he helped us buy 3 homes. He was very patient throughout the process. He took the time to explain the buying procedure and gave us many valuable suggestions while negotiating with sellers. I think that definitely gave us better deal. Not only this, but David had been a good adviser in terms of suggesting us from where to be patient and what not to settle with. He is very honest and trust worthy. He gives his honest opinions and enables buyers to make the independent decisions. I think that is very important to us as buyers. I would very highly recommend David as an agent and I couldn't think of anyone better than him for our family and friends in real estate business. He has helped many of our friends and they very much share the same opinion.. We are planning to buy next home in a year or two and we are at a point to let him make all decisions for us as we are very comfortable working with him.
