Dave Truitt's 20 years of experience in the industry and professional approach is exactly what we needed in our pursuit of a first time home that needed some love to quickly build some "sweat equity." He was always, and I truly mean ALWAYS quick to respond no matter the time of day we would reach out with questions. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. Going as far as sacrificing time with his family on a holiday when an unforeseeable obstacle presented itself last minute.
