Dave Truitt is a hard working, honest and open realtor who will go the extra mile for his clients. We had a large home in a rural area, and marketing, working with all the people who came out and driving more people to view the home were all things I expected. Dave went beyond, and came to our home, providing feedback and recommendations to prepare the home, finishing ongoing work, or updating so it was more appealing with less work for the buyer. Dave walked thru the house and did a buyers eye inspection before we put it on the market. As our house was unique and roughly three times the going rate for homes in our area we anticipated being on the market longer than the average home. Dave continued to work hard to keep up foot traffic, and even vacuumed the house after it sat for a couple weeks to make sure it was at its best for the next set of potential buyers. Dave expertly helped us navigate the selling process and made sure we were clear on every option when we received multiple offers in a matter of hours.
