Dave Truitt is a hard working, honest and open realtor who will go the extra mile for his clients. We had a large home in a rural area, and marketing, working with all the people who came out and driving more people to view the home were all things I expected. Dave went beyond, and came to our home, providing feedback and recommendations to prepare the home, finishing ongoing work, or updating so it was more appealing with less work for the buyer. Dave walked thru the house and did a buyers eye inspection before we put it on the market. As our house was unique and roughly three times the going rate for homes in our area we anticipated being on the market longer than the average home. Dave continued to work hard to keep up foot traffic, and even vacuumed the house after it sat for a couple weeks to make sure it was at its best for the next set of potential buyers. Dave expertly helped us navigate the selling process and made sure we were clear on every option when we received multiple offers in a matter of hours. I would recommend Dave to my friends and family, and I will trust Dave with my next real estate transaction.

We've worked with Dave to buy twice and sell once -- all of our experiences with him have been wonderful. At our first closing back in 2018, he noticed an error in the paperwork that would've actually made his commission higher and got it corrected. In 2022, we worked with him again to sell our first house and buy our second house. We literally doubled the value of our house in the four years we owned it + I credit Dave for that -- with a lot of the advice he provided initially, as well as the way he helped us market it to sell! David is an excellent realtor. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and comes prepared with everything you need. David did not force anything and was very open to what I was looking for as a buyer. He is very flexible and patient.
