David attends important details and has patient determination to see a transaction close
David is very knowledgeable in his region, and understands the fine distinctions between different areas of his city, Hemet. He was diligent and patient throughout what turned out to be a somewhat prolonged transaction (due to the Selling Agent's changes without giving notice). He had the perfect blend of patience and determination to get the job done, and his advice concerning preparing the property was invaluable. He also did a lot of "extras" that weren't necessarily his job. He also had available numerous specialty vendors who not only did good work, but were competitive in their pricing and affordable.
