As a first time home buyer it can be very nerve wracking but luckily Dave made this experience worthwhile due to his knowledge and expertise. From our 1st conversation Dave could have said nope. That I was nuts. I know what I wanted and though it was a very interesting & almost unbelievable experience he was in! He never gave up or tried talking me out of what I was looking for but encouraged my search, gave me options. We learned alot. Put in crazy offers I asked him to & in the end it all paid off.... I have a beautiful home for my boys with everything I was looking for and to most people's amazement in my budget LOL we are low fixed income 🤯 My boys 8 & 4 even told Dave how great of a job he did working to get us a house & making it happen fast. Mom is so picky... (a little picky mostly cuz we were limited). Never settle or take negativity, always believe and choose a realtor who believes with you. Even if your dream is a little unorthodox sounding. Oh his "fisherman tales" about our adventures from beginning to end is all true, crazy & bizarre but true! The boys & I thank you Dave!
David is a great salesman. He listens to what you want. Then he looks at resale in the area. He goes over the price of sale. He goes over all the steps to sell the home. Then he makes contact with the mortgage person and say you ready to sell. So we said yes. Photographer came and then on Friday we listed. And we sold on first visit. David sold us the home and then resold it almost 4 years latter. And then sold us our new home.
