We interviewed three real estate companies and David by far was the most detail oriented agent we came across we were a little skeptical of the 3% but there was never any Diminished service he worked with other buyers agents as well as the agent that we relocated to All along the way with the process there was constant communication from the mortgage process by the way was which was excellent to closing on our new house in southwest Florida we would highly recommend David in the future
