The customer service and attention to detail made it a no-brainer to work with Dave. He was a pleasure to work with throughout the process and displayed transparency, flexibility, patience and customer advocacy. He's extremely knowledgeable of the market and tells you the truth, not just what you want to hear. I highly recommend Dave!
