We hired David Stanley as a buyers' agent and were very satisfied. Our deal involved raw land with a checkered history and a seller who was in legal trouble. David understood our buyers' strategy and helped implement it, despite the obstacles on the other side. David was patient and never pushy and that made the deal happen. He was also on top of the paperwork -- keeping the deal alive with formal extensions when the other side did not suggest this. We were impressed with David's knowledge of land values and that helped our negotiation. We would use David again as a buyers' agent for certain.
