Dave Springsteen, formerly the Broker/Owner of Springsteen Realty in Dowagiac & Sister Lakes, merged his company with Cressy & Everett Real Estate in February 2011. He's a lifetime member of the multi-million club in MLS and is a top producer in listings and sales. Dave specializes in lake & residential properties, and vacant land development. Dave is the past President of Habitat for Humanity of Cass County, Michigan. He was active with Cass County Council on Aging by building wheel chair ramps for the elderly.
