Spangler Realty is a great team!

David and Dana Spangler worked with us for months to find just the right house and helped us find a great mortgage broker as well as folks to do the closing on our new house. They paid attention to what we were looking for, made suggestions and scheduled viewings quickly. We also sold our previous house with them and when the closing agent for the couple that bought that house were not very competent, the Spanglers stepped in to help and gather all the information needed to successfully complete the sale of our old house. Dana even came over for the inspector and AC guy when I had to be at work so that there was someone here to open the house for them. I cannot give enough praise for this great team. This is the 4th house I've bought and I have never had a realtor that did as much over and beyond the usual/necessary as the Spanglers did. Thanks so much! We love our new house!
