David Soibatian

David was amazing!! We knew nothing about the home buying process and he walked us through everything (even how to play hard ball with sellers who want more money!). He was super nice and personable. What was great too is that he was honest. He would tell us if the house we were looking at wasn't great or if saw any problems with the house that we might see come up in the future (like fence codes or pipe stuff). He wasn't just tryin make money. He remembered the little things that were important to us for our future home. I highly recommend David. He really makes an effort when it comes to making his clients happy.
