David first helped us purchase a home in the early 90's. It was our first time and he was extremely patient as he guided us through the home buying process. He helped us broaden our search criteria to include up and coming areas we hadn't considered before. We found the perfect house for us at the time. When we chose to sell the property 5 years later, David was the only choice to be our listing agent. He found us a buyer as our asking price almost immediately.
