David took the time to show me many homes / apartments and even when offers were made, David called to make a case for me. He even recommended a cheap mover. Would definetly use David again.
Great guy and very helpful in finding the place you're truly looking for! He showed me multiple places on multiple days and was always quick to give his availability for another showing. David was extremely helpful with getting the needed information from the new landlord and condo association. Also has funny jokes.

Being a senior selling my final townhouse, was very big concerned to find a professionals relator. (NOT JUST A LISTING AGENT) that would be a diligent honest hard worker. He, not only fit all these criteria's, but listed my home for more that expected. The sale was completed in a time period that, fit my needs. I arrived home one day to find 6 to 8 sighs that he had placed in the neighbors streets, advertising my home sale. I had interview 3 relators, and final choice, Mr. Small was a blessing. Why did I not give a 5 star. No one is perfect,
David is an extremely responsive professional. When looking for a rental last year, every place I checked on was taken by the time I called to inquired. David searched the market with my criteria, called each realtor prior to viewing the property to verify that it was still available and finally found the perfect townhouse in Lighthouse Point.
