David is simply awesome, he has advanced knowledge when it comes to buying of a house, he communicates in a excellent manner and his professionalism is a top notch, he knows what he’s doing, he helped us purchased our dream home, he pays attention to my needs, he gets information and documentation needed from me across to me with a sense of urgency.
