David helped the reviewer sell this property

Made my relocation a breeze!

Worked with Dave (and Krista) on a work relocation. I know that process can be much more time consuming and detailed than normal as this isn't my first relocation. But Dave made it SUPER EASY. He communicated directly with the relocation company and buyers and minimized what I had to do. He coordinated all the right resources and got us top dollar for our home. We had a house hunting trip in our new state and were gone for a week. He made sure to get the house on the market in time for that trip, handled all showings, and got us a terrific offer before we even returned. Dave knows the process, knows the neighborhood, and knows how to make a client feel like they're the only ones he's working with. Thanks, Dave and Krista for everything you did to make this so smooth!
