David and Krista are amazing and I'd recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. We used David and Krista when buying our first home. We had no idea what we were supposed to know and they lead us through the entire process. We also sold our first home with them and that process was so smooth and we got above asking price! We did end up moving out of state and couldn't use them to buy our second home, but they did get us connected with an amazing lendor in our new state. They go above and beyond and really care about everyone they work with. What I love even more is how much they are connected within the community and take steps to support local businesses. Even though we have moved, they still send us cards and keep up with on social media. Now another best part is that he helps you after the closing of your deal. means if you need any helping hand like a handyman, he would arrange it for you. and give the best reference to you. Normally nobody communicates after the closing date. but David is different from others. I recommend him for your new house.

Worked with Dave (and Krista) on a work relocation. I know that process can be much more time consuming and detailed than normal as this isn't my first relocation. But Dave made it SUPER EASY.
