Sometimes, He says this is not a good house for you. I loved this because I need to filter the houses. Now another best part is that he helps you after the closing of your deal. means if you need any helping hand like a handyman, he would arrange it for you. and give the best reference to you. Normally nobody communicates after the closing date. but David is different from others. I recommend him for your new house.

David knows when a house is right for us, goes an extra mile to make sure that it fits the criteria we were looking for. Also he virtually know what is the best price we should offer to get the house. I really like the way he builds trust and make us comfortable when we started our search and throughout the journey. Worked with Dave (and Krista) on a work relocation. I know that process can be much more time consuming and detailed than normal as this isn't my first relocation. But Dave made it SUPER EASY. He communicated directly with the relocation company and buyers and minimized what I had to do. He coordinated all the right resources and got us top dollar for our home. We had a house hunting trip in our new state and were gone for a week.
