His process to determine correct market values is top notch, and he explains his methods to show you exactly how and why he determined the value. He went above and beyond the call of service with his attention to detail and his help. I was selling the home remotely from a different state and he was with me every step of the way, even late at night and on weekends. Highly knowledgeable of the SML area, they were always willing to go the extra mile in finding/recommending new listings that met our requirements and showing properties of interest. Their ability to conduct showings via facetime allowed us to see properties within hours of listing. Showings were very thorough to include detailed explanation of systems (septic, well/water filtration, generator, power on boat docks, etc). If they felt a particular property had maintenance issues, other disadvantages or was just not the right fit, there was zero hesitation in pointing that out. I have worked with David twice over the last two years. Once buying a property at SML and then selling a property. So, I feel that I got a true full experience with David, once from the buying side and then from the selling side. Each of those transactions were executed perfectly. David is attentive, easy to get a hold of, and always just seemed on top of it. These were my first dealings at SML and David’s wealth of knowledge was very helpful from dealing with AEP to the various inspections; David had names/numbers and got everything set up. He managed to negotiate good deals for me in both scenarios especially in what is a tough buying market. Both deals closed without hiccups and I am very glad to have had David on my side in both of the transactions. Even after closing on my purchase David still reached out to me with listings on boats because he knew I was in the market for a used boat on the lake. He had nothing to gain from doing so which told me he just really cared and was always willing to go above and beyond. Eventually I plan on returning to the lake and when I do David and Beth will be the first people I call.
