Ooooo this was a fun one! I was the buyer's realtor for one of David's recent listings. We had an incredibly random title issue come up at closing which pushed the close date out by over a month, and had various timelines to coordinate with the seller and buyer. Dave was easy to work with, personable, and always rooting for the win-win solution. Super appreciate working with him on this deal and would do it again!
