We decided to FINALLY move out of California when our last of 6 children graduated High school. Dave had previously sold 2 other family homes so he was our OBVIOUS choice when the decision was made to sell ours. He has so much knowledge of the market, the comps and timing when selling that it took any guess work out of the equation. It was an emotional roller coaster just thinking about the sale and the move but Dave made it easy and convenient for us with showings and open house. We just closed and everything was seamless.
