The best overall real estate experience. He gently guided me through the process of defining my needs, desires as well as reasonable and comfortable budget. I am not computer savvy and live 5 hours away so having David was a god send. He stayed on top of everything and did many of the things I could not do such as communicating with the mortgage company, HOA, inspectors etc. glad to say that with his keen skills on my side my condo appraised for more than the purchase price.
