David was extremely knowledgeable in the area that I was wanting to buy in - Brookhaven. He pushed me away from a few homes for reasons I hadn't thought of. Eventually I I found the right house, and after David's price negotiation, we both agreed it was the perfect house for the price. I highly recommend David as he was extremely responsive and available, knowledgeable on the community, and negotiated me a price less than I was expecting.
