We were new to the Bay Are and David was with us every step of the way from finding our first rental to finally purchasing our home. We couldn't be happier with David's work ethic, integrity, and overall good nature. He was even there when we signed the closing statements for our escrow. The officer helping us was surprised as she usually doesn't see agents after the deal has been closed. This just shows that David cares about ensuring that every step was comfortable for us. Another thing that truly impressed us was how he likes to get things done and his organizational skills. He was very prompt in his responses and very organized with his paperwork. No wonder we found our home in 6 months since moving to the Bay Area and closed the deal in less than a month.
